What is a Master Mind Group?

A master mind group offers a set of brainstorming, education, accountability, and support factors in a group setting to help you achieve your business and personal goals.  Master mind group participants find higher levels of success.  The peer cohort helps you challenge one another to set high-level, actionable objectives and goals, while supporting and collaborating with you to achieve higher levels of achievement.

Master mind groups are based on a process to help you create significant goals and devise effective plans to achieve them.  The peer cohort helps you brainstorm and prototype ideas that are creative but actionable, and will assist you with decision-making.  The group cheers on your successes and provide collective, creative problem-solving to find new solutions to any challenges.

Your master mind cohort is committed to you through trust, confidentiality, and willingness to both give and provide help.  The group supports one another with honesty, respect, compassion, and empathy.  Master mind groups are effective catalysts to drive growth in your business and personal life with knowledgeable, supportive colleagues.

Each master mind group will follow a similar agenda to help keep the discussion on track.  The Facilitator is charged with making sure that the discussion will help you grow and is balanced with the right depth of data, information, and knowledge.  Normally, each cohort member will have time to share his/her successes, explain any new challenges, and gather creative, brainstorming solutions to help him/her achieve goals.

Master mind groups are intimate with about 6 – 8 cohort members so everyone has a chance to speak and share during each meeting.  Group members are screened in advance to restrict industry overlap and ensure the highest levels of confidentiality and active participation.  But, the agenda belongs to YOU.
